About Sailax

Helping UK homeowners make the switch to cleaner heating

We guide you through every step — from your first property assessment through to installation — with no pressure, no jargon, and no surprises on cost.

Who We Are

A specialist team focused entirely on UK residential heat pumps

Sailax Global is a UK sustainability company specialising in coordinating air source heat pump upgrades for homeowners. We don't just sell systems — we take ownership of the whole process, from your first enquiry through to a fully commissioned installation.

We work exclusively with MCS-certified installation partners, so every job meets the standard required for Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant eligibility. That means the grant is applied directly to your quote — you never have to chase it yourself.

Our approach is simple: give you honest, clear information, confirm what you're eligible for, and only move forward when you're ready. No obligation until you choose to proceed.

MCS-certified installations only

Every installation is carried out by an accredited MCS partner — a requirement for BUS grant eligibility.

We handle the grant paperwork

Your installer applies for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant on your behalf. It's deducted from your quote upfront.

UK residential specialists

We work exclusively with homeowners across England and Wales. Not commercial. Not overseas. Just UK homes.

Fixed-price quotes, no surprises

What we quote is what you pay. The BUS grant is already applied. No hidden costs at installation.

The Technology

How an air source heat pump heats your home

A heat pump doesn't burn fuel — it moves heat. It extracts warmth already present in the outside air and upgrades it to a useful temperature using a refrigerant and compressor, then circulates it through your home.

How an air source heat pump works — diagram
1

Outside air drawn in

The outdoor unit draws in outside air — even at temperatures as low as −15°C — and extracts the heat energy held within it using a refrigerant.

2

Refrigerant compressed

The refrigerant is compressed, which significantly raises its temperature — the same principle as how a bicycle pump heats up when you pump it fast.

3

Heat transferred to water

The heat passes through a heat exchanger into the water in your home's central heating circuit, raising it to your required flow temperature.

4

Warm water circulated

Heated water flows through your radiators or underfloor heating, and is stored in a hot water cylinder for taps and showers throughout the home.

What's installed

A complete, fully commissioned system

Every installation covers the full system from the outdoor unit to hot water at your taps. Nothing is left half-done.

  • Outdoor air source heat pump unit
  • Insulated pipework connecting the system
  • Hot water storage cylinder
  • Radiators or underfloor heating distribution
  • Domestic hot water supply to taps and showers
  • Full commissioning and testing
